STEP 4: CUSTOMIZE CLEANING

We ALWAYS recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first visit in order to get your home prepared for ongoing maintenance. Deep Cleaning adds on extra time and additional checklist items, including outside of cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, and extra time for the tub/shower(s). Heavy Duty cleaning is for those homes that need more than a deep – ie. bathroom discoloration, if your home has no water or light, needs organization, this will be added. Move In/Move Out cleanings include full deep cleaning of residence, as well as inside cabinets, fridge, oven & drawers. Home needs to be empty of furniture and trash. We do NOT provide Post Construction Cleanings. We do have the right to alter add-ons and adjust the booking if necessary, but will give an understanding of reason if changes will be made.

The time chosen is the arrival window (NOT cleaning time) for our techs. For urgent cleanings feel free to call 9513841732.

    STEP 5: SELECT PAYMENT

    We’ll securely save your card now. A hold is placed closer to your appointment date, and you won’t actually be charged until your cleaning is completed.

    The cleaning duration is for 1 cleaner (if 2 split time in half, more people = less time). If the job is more extensive than what the flat rate covers, your cleaner may suggest a new price. Hourly service does not include customer guarantee. If areas need extra work you will be required to extend the booking time or help the cleaner prioritize your requests.
